Hirose Electric Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the second quarter of fiscal 2021 and full year ending March 31, 2021. For the second quarter, the company expects sales revenue of JPY 50,000 million, operating profit of JPY 8,500 million, profit before income taxes of JPY 9,000 million, profit attributable to
owners of the parent of JPY 6,000 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 165.44.
For the full year ending March 31, 2021, the company expects sales revenue of JPY 115,000 million, operating profit of JPY 17,200 million, profit before income taxes of JPY 18,000 million, profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 13,000 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 358.45.

The Company operates through two business segments. The Multi-Pole Connector segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of round connectors, square connectors, and connectors for printed wiring boards. It is also engaged in the manufacture and sale of electronic medical devices and micro switches.
