Hirogin Holdings, Inc. (TSE:7337) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire IT-related business of Mighty Net Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2020. Under the terms of transaction, Hirogin Holdings will establish a new company post completion and named it as Hirogin IT Solutions Co., Ltd. in which Mighty Net Inc. and Hirogin Holdings will hold 80% and 20% stake in Company. The Board of Directors passed the resolution on meeting held on October 1, 2020. The transaction is expected to close on January 4, 2021.
