June 25 (Reuters) - Blackstone said on Tuesday its takeover offer for Hipgnosis Songs Fund proposed earlier this month would be its final for the London-listed music rights owner.

Blackstone said the offer values Hipgnosis Songs Fund, which owns rights to music from artists such as Shakira and Red Hot Chili Peppers, at $1.58 billion. (Reporting by Aatrayee Chatterjee in Bengaluru; Editing by Shailesh Kuber)
