Hindware Home Innovation Limited Recommends Dividend for the Year Ended March 31, 2024, Payable on or Before 4 September, 2024

Hindware Home Innovation Limited at the Board of Directors meeting held on 28 May, 2024 has recommended payment of Dividend @ 20% INR 0.40 (Forty Paise) per equity share of INR 2each for the year ended 31st March, 2024 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the 7th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 28th August, 2024 and the same will be credited/dispatched on or before 04 September, 2024 to the shareholders entitled for the same.
Hindware Home Innovation Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in trading and marketing of products. The Company operates through four segments: Consumer appliances business, Retail business, Building products, and others. Its Consumer appliances business includes kitchen appliances, sinks, water purifiers, water heaters, air coolers, fans, and kitchen and furniture fittings. Its Retail Business segment focuses on providing specialized home interior products under the brand name EVOK, which provides home interior and furniture products. Its Building Products Segment comprises sanitaryware, faucets, premium tiles, and plastic pipes and fittings businesses. The Company also sells its products on multi-branded furniture marketplaces such as Pepperfry, Urban Ladder, Flipkart, and Amazon. It sells through various channels such as franchise-based retail stores, large-format retail stores, and online e-commerce platforms.
