Hillenbrand, Inc. announced that Scott P. George, the company's senior vice president, corporate development, will retire from the company effective January 31, 2017. Mr. George has agreed to provide certain consulting services to the company while it transitions his duties.

Its brands include Coperion, Milacron, K-Tron and Rotex.
