Change in structure of director-related entity shareholding
The Company and non-executive director Andrew Bluhm advise of a change in the structure of the 26,101,982 (16.1%) HFA shareholding of Mr Bluhm's director-related entity, Delaware Street Capital Master Fund LP ('DSCMF').
DSCMF has beneficial ownership of 26,101,982 HFA shares, of which 14,093,127 shares were held via a Swap arrangement. This Swap was unwound on 13 January 2016, and ownership of these shares has transferred directly to DSCMF. DSCMF now directly owns all 26,101,892 shares and remains a 16.1% shareholder in HFA.
