Strategit Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive ¥250,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor HEROZ, Inc. on January 17, 2023.The company and investor has signed basic agreement on capital increase. As the first step, the company will subscribe to a capital increase of ¥100,000,000 in January 2023.
On the same day, the company received ¥100,000,000 in its first tranche closing. The company will receive ¥100,000,000 in second tranche in August 2023.
HEROZ Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of artificial intelligence (AI)/digital transformation (DX) business and AI security business. The Company operates in two business segments. The AI/DX segment utilizes the AI and software as a service (SaaS) related technologies, know-how, data and others, accumulated by the Company group to provide AI-related solutions, SaaS introduction support, and collaborative development between SaaS. This makes it a segment that aims to promote AI/DX in each company and industry. This segment is classified into business-to-consumer (B2C) services and business-to-business (B2B) services.
