The funds from the grant that establish a Casa Herbalife program will be used to renovate the kitchen and sanitation facility at the orphanage and bring better nutrition to the 220 children living at the orphanage.
The grant provided to the Pondok Kasih Agape Orphanage was initiated with the concern of the growing number of orphans and underprivileged children who need better nutrition and assistance.
The Casa Herbalife program was established in 2005 to help bring good nutrition to children living in orphanages, after school centers, and other non-profit facilities. This marks the 72nd Casa Herbalife program worldwide and the 16th in Herbalife's Asia Pacific region. After the initial grants made by HFF, the organizations receive local financial and volunteer support from Herbalife Independent Distributors and corporate employees.
HFF is a 501 C(3), non-profit corporation dedicated to improving children's lives by helping organizations provide healthy nutrition to children at risk. Additionally, HFF often supports relief efforts in response to natural disasters.
