Financial Calendar

15 January 2016- Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces the Financial Calendarfor 2016:

· Release of Fiscal Year 2015 results: Monday 21 March 2016

· Release of First Quarter 2016 results: Monday 23 May 2016

· Annual General Meeting of shareholders: Wednesday 25 May 2016

· Dividend beneficiaries - Record date (*): Wednesday 1 June 2016

As far as the futures traded in the derivatives market are concerned, if there is a decision to pay out a dividend, the ex-date (Tuesday 31 May 2016) is: a) after the expiration, on 20 May 2016 of the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which ATHEX (stock symbol: EXAE) is a component stock) and b) before the expiration, on 17 June 2016 of the future with the ATHEX share as the underlying security as well as the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP.

· Dividend payment date (*): Monday 6 June 2016

· Release of Six Month 2016 results: Monday 25 July 2016

· Release of Nine Month 2016 results: Monday 28 November 2016

(*) The abovementioned dates are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

Any dividend for fiscal year 2015 will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced later) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The annual meeting with analysts concerning the 2015 financial results will take place on March 22 2016.

The results will be published after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, on the Company's website (www.athexgroup.gr).
