Heeros has completed the co-operation negotiations that started on February 5, 2024, concerning the entire personnel of Heeros Oyj and the subsidiary Taimer Oy. The purpose of the change negotiations was to adapt Heeros' organization to be more competitive and better serve the company's core business.
The negotiations concerned the dismissal of less than ten employees. The negotiations led to the termination of 4 positions, the reduction of 2 positions to part-time, and the change of 3 roles. Terminations are distributed across company's various functions.
Employment terminations and other identified cost savings will be implemented by the end of this year, so that they will be realized in full during 2025.
