HealthStream, Inc. (NasdaqGS:HSTM) acquired substantially all of the assets from Electronic Education Documentation System, LLC (eeds) for $7 million on December 31, 2022. Under the terms of the transaction, the purchase price of $7 million was paid in cash, subject to customary post-closing purchase price adjustments. Of the purchase price paid at closing, $0.6 million is being held in escrow for a period of time following the closing. Karl Wilkins Vice President at HealthStream, will assume responsibilities for the management, growth, and future integration of all three applications Rievent Technology, CloudCME, and eeds. All of eeds? employees will join HealthStream.
