HDC Hyundai Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 23.41 million. Net income was KRW 7,301.63 million compared to KRW 3,353.03 million a year ago.

HDC Hyundai Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd., formerly Hyundai Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd., is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of vehicle attachment materials. The Company operates its business through three divisions: polypropylene (PP) division, polyethylene (PE) division and polystyrene (PS) division. Its PP division produces PP compounds, which are mainly used for automobile exteriors and interiors, as well as electrical and electronics products. Its PE division produces PE compounds, including thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV), adhesive PE, cross-linked PE, barrier PE, top coated PE and others, which are used for automobiles, cables, sanitary supplies and others. Its PS division produces general purpose PS, high impact PS and expandable PS.
