Hyundai Development Co. - Engineering & Construction (KOSE:A012630) agreed to acquire 23.8% stake in Real Estate 114 Inc. from Mirae Asset Consulting Co., Ltd. for KRW 15.2 billion on January 5, 2018. Hyundai Development Co. - Engineering & Construction will acquire 0.68 million shares at KRW 22,324 per share. The settlement of the transaction amount will be done on February 27, 2018. The Board of Directors of Mirae Asset Consulting Co., Ltd. passed a resolution to sell the shares on January 5, 2018. The actual sales date is expected to be February 27, 2018. Mirae Asset Daewoo Co., Ltd. acted as broker on the deal.
