RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND VICE CHAIRMAN

AND

CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group Limited (the ''Company'') hereby announces that Mr. Zhang Sheng (''Mr. Zhang'') has tendered his resignation as an executive Director, and the vice chairman of the Board, and ceased to be a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Company with effect from 28 August 2020 due to other business commitments.

Mr. Zhang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Zhang for his valuable efforts and contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
