An Jie Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd announced that it has signed a share subscription agreement with Jiangmen Idear-Hanyu Electrical Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300403) for 1,300,000 shares on January 12, 2018. The transaction has been approved at the general manager's meeting and is not subject to approval from the company’s directorate and shareholders.
Hanyu Group Joint Stock Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of high-efficiency and energy-saving household appliance drainage pumps. The Company operates three business sectors. Appliance Accessories' main products comprise energy-saving household appliance drain pumps, including standard drain pumps, condensate pumps and washing circulation pumps.
