From October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, the company has repurchased 23,096 shares, representing 0.13% for KRW 299.09 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 83,073 shares, representing 0.48% for KRW 1,115.67 million under the buyback announced on July 8, 2022.
Hanyang ENG Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the construction and manufacture of industrial facilities. The Company operates its business through two main divisions: engineering business division and equipment business division. Its engineering business division engages in the construction of information technology (IT) facilities, industrial facilities, bio-pharmaceutical facilities, solar polysilicon production equipment, nuclear and aerospace facilities and others. Its equipment business division engages in the manufacture and installment of central chemical supply systems (CCSSs) and total chemical management systems (TCMS), which are used in semiconductors, displays, solar energy facilities and others. The Company also manufactures and distributes soybean oil.
