HANYANG ENG Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A045100) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 2,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a trust contract with Samsung Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to stabilize treasury stock. The share repurchase program is valid until July 7, 2023.
As of July 7, 2022, the company had 799,907 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
Hanyang ENG Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the construction and manufacture of industrial facilities. The Company operates its business through two main divisions: engineering business division and equipment business division. Its engineering business division engages in the construction of information technology (IT) facilities, industrial facilities, bio-pharmaceutical facilities, solar polysilicon production equipment, nuclear and aerospace facilities and others. Its equipment business division engages in the manufacture and installment of central chemical supply systems (CCSSs) and total chemical management systems (TCMS), which are used in semiconductors, displays, solar energy facilities and others.
