STICKUS Corporation announced that it will issue 9,000 shares at a price of KRW 710,395 for gross proceeds of KRW 6,393,555,000 on July 29, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Hansol Inticube Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved by board of directors and is expected to close on August 6, 2021.
Hansol Inticube Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in provision of communication solutions for contact center business and wireless Internet business. The Company operates three divisions. The customer relationship management (CRM) contact center division provides Internet protocol contact center (IPCC) solutions, predictive dialing systems (PDSs), computer telephony integration systems, basic call management systems and others. The mobile division provides short message service center (SMSC) solutions, wireless application protocol (WAP) gateway solutions, multimedia message service center (MMSC) solutions and others. The audio content division provides digital audio contents including audio books, audio dramas, audio broadcasting contents and others through the subsidiary Hansol C&M Corporation.
