Wuhan Hanyang District State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Office made an offer to acquire additional approximately 5.01% stake in Wuhan Hanshang Group Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600774) for approximately CNY 200 million on November 15, 2017. The offer per share is CNY 22.5 to be paid in cash in a tender offer. Prior to this tender offer, Wuhan Hanyang District State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Office directly held 30% stake in the company. After this tender offer, Wuhan Hanyang District State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Office will own maximum of 35.01% stake in Wuhan Hanshang Group. Tender offer period is from November 16, 2017 to January 14, 2018.
