Hana Materials Inc. is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the production and distribution of silicon materials and parts. The Company provides silicon electrodes, rings, tubes, disks, targets, ingots, as well as fine ceramics parts and others. These materials and parts are used in semiconductor manufacturing processes, such as etching, sputtering, cleaning, wafer fabrication and packaging. The Company also offers specialty gases for used in semiconductors, displays and solar cells manufacturing processes, including disilane (Si2H6), nitric oxide (NO), hydrobromic acid (HBr), carbon tetrafluoride (CF4), silane (SiH4), Laser Mix and others.
