Han's Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002008) agreed to acquire 41.2% stake in Shenyang Setwin Industry Equipment Co., Ltd from Zhu Dongsheng and Wang Shuang for CNY 28.84 million in cash on January 11, 2016. Zhu Dongsheng will sell 34.196% stake in Shenyang Setwin Industry Equipment Co., Ltd for CNY 23.98 million and Wang Shuang will sell 7.004% stake in Shenyang Setwin Industry Equipment Co., Ltd for CNY 4.9 million. Han's Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. will use its own funds to contribute in the investment. Han's Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. will also carry out capital increase of 9.8% stake in Shenyang Setwin Industry Equipment for CNY 14 million. As of December 31, 2015, Shenyang Setwin Industry Equipment's total assets are CNY 42.50 million, net assets is CNY 11.29 million and net profit is CNY 1.04 million.
