H S India Ltd. announced that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on February 13, 2016, has approved the appointment of Mr. Dinesh Mistry as an Additional Director of the company; and also Mr. Dinesh Mistry appointed as a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Risk Management Committee.
