The Company operates through three segments. IC segment is engaged in the sales of ICs under the brand of MiniLogic, as well as the provision of design and development services of ICs. Its IC products are applied in power management, light-emitting diode (LED) drivers, electronic cigars and digital video disk players, among others. Money Lending segment is engaged in money lending businesses, such as the provision of secured and unsecured loans to customers to earn interest income. Property Management segment provides real estate agent, property management services and car parking management services. The Company operates businesses in China, Korea, the United States of America and Russia, among others.
