GSD Enviro Tech (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 13,000,000 shares at a price of TWD 10 each for gross proceeds of TWD 130,000,000 on March 19, 2021. The transaction included participation from returning investor GSD Technologies Co., Ltd. (TSEC:6641) to retain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of GSD Technologies Co., Ltd. (TSEC:6641). The transaction is expected to close in batches before the end of September 2021.
GSD Technologies Co Ltd is a Cayman Islands-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales, installation and maintenance of equipment for environmental protection and technology services for environmental protection. In addition, the Company is also an agent of environmental protection related products such as sewage treatment related chemicals and consumables. The main types of products include water pump, blower, mixer and others.
