The Company is a member of Grupo Bal SA de CV, a group which comprises such a number of controlled entities as Estrategias Porvenir SA de CV, Pensiones Profuturo SA de CV, Profuturo GNP Fondos SA de CV, Servicios Integrales GP SA de CV, Comercializadora Integral GP SA de CV and Profuturo GNP Prestamos SA de CV, among others.
