Grupo Posadas, S.A.B. de C.V. reported consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2016. For the quarter, the company reported total revenues of MXN 1,931.1 million compared to MXN 1,734.6 million a year ago. EBITDA was MXN 394.7 million compared to MXN 331.4 million a year ago. Loss before taxes was MXN 631.6 million compared to MXN 52.7 million a year ago. Net loss before minority was MXN 518.0 million compared to MXN 35.0 million a year ago. Net majority loss was MXN 705.8 million compared to MXN 470.2 million a year ago. Cash flows from operating activities were MXN 1,570.8 million compared to MXN 1,501.0 million a year ago. Purchase of property, plant and equipment, classified as investing activities were MXN 245.0 million compared to MXN 5.7 million a year ago. EBIT was MXN 1,054.5 million.
