Grupo Posadas Issues Senior Notes due December 2027 and successfully concludes its restructuring process
Mexico City, Mexico, December 15, 2021 - Grupo Posadas S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: POSADASA) (the "Company") announces that once the conditions to the effectiveness of its Restructuring Plan have been met, it will issue new Senior Notes due December 30, 2027 in an aggregate principal amount of up to US$398,581,321 in the restructuring of its existing Senior Notes due June 30, 2022. Consequently, an initial aggregate amount of US$360,891,000.00 of the Company's existing Senior Notes due June 30, 2022 will be cancelled on the issue date. The new Senior Notes will be guaranteed by the Company's subsidiaries and secured by certain collateral in accordance with the aforementioned plan.
With this issuance, the Company successfully concludes its restructuring process.
