Grupo Concesionario del Oeste SA is an Argentina-based construction services company principally engaged in the construction, repair, maintenance, management and exploitation of the Western Access, a 55.05 kilometers path which forms part of the access network to Buenos Aires and links the cities of Buenos Aires and Lujan. The Company is also involved in various projects associated with its main activity, such as toll collection, traffic control and maintenance of the installed illumination and road signs. As of December 31, 2011, Autopistas Concesionaria Espanola SA was the Company’s major shareholder with 48.6% of its interest.
