Colin Tay Yong Lee entered into sale and purchase agreement to acquire a 6.60% stake in GRP Limited (SGX:BLU) from Kwan Chee Seng for SGD 4.8 million on June 5, 2023. Colin Tay Yong Lee will pay SGD 0.40 cash per share for 11,887,640 shares, representing approximately 6.60% stake. In a related transaction, David Hsieng Loong Su entered into sale and purchase agreement to acquire a 29.41% stake in GRP Limited from Kwan Chee Seng for SGD 21.2 million.

Following these transactions, Kwan Chee Seng will cease to be a shareholder of GRP.
