Mexedia S.p.A. S.B. Shareholders' Meeting Appoints New Board of Directors

Orlando Taddeo Reconfirmed as CEO

Rome, June 10, 2024- Mexedia S.p.A. Società Benefit, a leading company in the field of digital technologies and advanced communication services, announces that the Shareholders' Meeting, held on June 5, 2024, has elected the new Board of Directors for the three-year period 2024-2026.

The new Board of Directors is composed of the following members:

1. Elio Cosimo Catania- Chairman(Independent Member)
2. Orlando Taddeo
3. Letizia Macrì(Independent Member)
4. Paolo Bona
5. Giovanni Benini(Independent Member)

The Board of Directors has reconfirmed Orlando Taddeoas Chief Executive Officer, who will continue to lead Mexedia with his strategic vision and leadership, aimed at pursuing innovation and constant growth.

The Board of Statutory Auditors, confirmed during the meeting, is composed as follows:

• Ulderico Granata- Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors
• Pierfrancesco Argentino- Statutory Auditor
• Stefano Di Natale- Statutory Auditor
