Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 2 plc is a venture capital trust with a portfolio of renewable energy projects in the United Kingdom. Its principal objective is to manage its with the intention of realizing the sale or monetization otherwise of all remaining assets in the portfolio in a prudent manner consistent with the principles of good investment management and with a view to returning value to shareholders in an orderly manner, whilst protecting the tax position of shareholders.
