Exercise of Warrants and Save as You Earn Options

Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, notifies that applications have been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") for 56,302 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of shareholder warrants at an exercise price of 323.27p per Ordinary Share.

Applications have also been made for Admission for a further 2,924 Ordinary Shares pursuant to an exercise of options in the 2018 Save as You Earn (SAYE) Scheme at an exercise price of 324.8p per Ordinary Share.

The total 59,226 new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected on 14 January 2020.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 27,883,448 Ordinary Shares, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

Pursuant to the Shareholder Warrant Instrument approved on 28 November 2014, the right to exercise shareholder warrants expired on Tuesday 31 December 2019. The Company has 61 shareholder warrants that will be exercised at a later date, all other shareholder warrants have expired.
