The board of directors of Greenheart Group Limited announced that Mr. Nguyen Van Tu, Peter, an independent non-executive Director of the company, the chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of each of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the company, passed away on June 16, 2020.
