In the meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Greenergy Holdings Incorporated (the "Company") held today, the Board approved the appointment of R.S. Bernaldo & Associates as the external auditor of the Company for the fiscal year 2021 pursuant to the authority delegated to the Board of Directors during the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of the Company held last 5 November 2021.
