Green Globe International, Inc. announced the appointment of AgMaxx CEO, William J. (Bill) Cook, to serve on the advisory board of Green Globe International, Inc. In this role, he will be a hands-on strategic advisor assisting the company on various corporate matters as the company builds their hemp and cannabis business through healthy growth, acquisition, education and transparency. Bill has been involved in agriculture and agribusiness for more than 50 years. He is a life-long farmer and rural entrepreneur, and has dedicated his life to his family and improving the lives of his fellow farmers. His businesses and partnerships have generated hundreds of millions of dollars during his career. Currently Bill is the CEO of AgMaxx, Inc.
Green Globe International, Inc., through its subsidiary, Hempacco Co., is engaged in the manufacturing of hemp smokables for other hemp/cannabidiol (CBD) related businesses (white labeling), as well as promotion of its own brand, The Real Stuff. The Company, through its subsidiary, Hempbox Vending, Inc., sells and leases vending kiosks for the distribution of CBD and hemp products. The Companyâs vending owns approximately 585 kiosks. Its subsidiary, Green Star Labs, Inc. is involved in nutraceutical manufacturing business.
