Green Cross Co.,Ltd. (FKSE:7533) signed a share transfer contract to acquire Trade Corporation from ACA Synergy No. 2 Fund of ACA Inc. and Kunitoshi Ogasawara for approximately ¥880 million on September 28, 2015. Green Cross will acquire 353 shares from ACA Synergy No. 2 Fund and 11 shares from Kunitoshi Ogasawara. Trade Corporation will operate as a consolidated subsidiary of Green Cross. Trade Corporation reported net assets of ¥162 million, total assets of ¥269 million, sales of ¥1.05 billion, operating profit of ¥66 million and net loss of ¥14 million as of May 2015. The deal is expected to close by October 5, 2015. Green Cross will pay ¥30 million as advisory cost.
