Appointment of Richard Hodgson as Chief Operating Officer

Green Compliance announces that Richard Hodgson (Chief Finance Officer) is also being appointed as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.

Richard will take on full responsibility for both functions still reporting into Bob Holt, Chairman & CEO.   

Commenting on the appointment, Bob Holt, Chairman & CEO of Green Compliance, said:

"We made great progress in the financial turnaround of the Group in 2013 and we are entering 2014 on a firm financial footing off of which we can seek to grow.

Whilst Richard has been effectively fulfilling the roles of COO and CFO for the past 6 months, he has obviously been most focussed on the financial restructuring of the Group. This appointment recognises that commitment and also the realignment of the Group towards growth as a well-financed and sustainable player in the water and fire detection and suppression markets.

As previously stated we are committed to building the best water and fire suppression businesses in the UK and this appointment is a further step on that path."
