RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of GREATER BAY AREA DYNAMIC GROWTH HOLDING LIMITED (the "Company") hereby announces that Dr. Yap, Allan ("Dr. Yap") resigned as the chairman and an executive director of the Company with effect from 7 August 2020 due to his other personal commitments.

Dr. Yap has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter which needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in relation to his resignation.

The Board is endeavouring to identify a suitable candidate as the new chairman of the Company as soon as practicable. Further announcement(s) will be made by the Company after the appointment of the new chairman.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Dr. Yap for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office as the chairman of the Company.
