APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of GREATER BAY AREA DYNAMIC GROWTH HOLDING LIMITED (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that Mr. Liu Hao ("Mr. Liu") has been appointed as an executive director of the Company with effect from 24 August 2020.

The biographical details of Mr. Liu are set out below:

Mr. Liu, aged 30, holds a bachelor of science degree in Hotel Management from Institute for Tourism Studies, Macau and a master degree in International Hotel Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School at Torrens University, Australia. Mr. Liu has seven years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Liu worked in several hotels of the renowned multinational hotel chains in Australia and Macau.

Save as disclosed above, Mr. Liu confirmed that as of the date of this announcement, (i) he did not hold any directorship in any public companies the securities of which are listed on any securities market in Hong Kong or overseas in the past three years or any other major appointments and professional qualifications; (ii) he does not hold any other positions with the Company and other members of the Group; (iii) he does not have any relationship with any directors, senior management or substantial or controlling shareholders (as respectively defined in the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Listing Rules")) of the Company; and (iv) he does not have any interest in the shares of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Mr. Liu has not entered into any service contract with the Company and there is no designated length of service for his appointment, but he is subject to retirement and re-election at the general meetings of the Company in accordance with the Bye-Laws of the Company. Mr. Liu is entitled to a director's fee of HK$10,000 per month, which was determined by the remuneration committee of the Company with reference to his duties, responsibilities and the prevailing market conditions, and will be reviewed from time to time.

Save as disclosed above, as far as the Board is aware, there are no other matters in relation to the appointment of Mr. Liu that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or any other information that should be disclosed pursuant to the requirements of Rule 13.51(2) of the Listing Rules.
