Great Elm Group, Inc. announced that Jeff Serota and Tom Harbin have departed the Company's Board of Directors following the conclusion of the 2022 Annual Stockholders' Meeting. Mr. Serota and Mr. Harbin had previously decided not to stand for reelection at this year's meeting.
Great Elm Group, Inc. is an alternative asset management company. The Company is focused on growing a scalable and diversified portfolio of long-duration, permanent capital vehicles across corporate credit, specialty finance, real estate, and other asset classes.
