Graphisoft Parkark SE announced consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2017. For the quarter, the company's revenue was EUR 2,869,000 compared with EUR 2,382,000 a year ago. Operating profit was EUR 1,260,000 compared with EUR 1,138,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was EUR 1,009,000 compared with EUR 967,000 a year ago. Profit for the period was EUR 1,005,000 compared with EUR 880,000 a year ago. Basic and Diluted earnings per share was EUR 0.10 compared with EUR 0.09 a year ago. Net cash from operating activities was EUR 3,048,000 compared with net cash used in operating activities of EUR 2,476,000 a year ago. Purchase of tangible assets and intangibles was EUR 6,752,000 compared with EUR 4,903,000 a year ago. In IFRS, EBITDA was EUR 2,508,000 compared with EUR 2,179,000 a year ago.

For the full year, the company's revenue was EUR 10,624,000 compared with EUR 9,525,000 a year ago. Operating profit was EUR 4,908,000 compared with EUR 4,437,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was EUR 4,006,000 compared with EUR 3,608,000 a year ago. Profit for the period was EUR 4,371,000 compared with EUR 3,061,000 a year ago. Basic and Diluted earnings per share was EUR 0.43 compared with EUR 0.30 a year ago. Revenue rose by 11.5% compared to the previous year due to the rental revenues derived from the new developments handed over in the first and third quarter of 2017. Net cash from operating activities was EUR 7,141,000 compared with EUR 2,726,000 a year ago. Purchase of tangible assets and intangibles was EUR 21,623,000 compared with EUR 11,382,000 a year ago. in IFRS, EBITDA was EUR 9,512,000 compared with EUR 8,743,000 a year ago.

For the year 2018, the company forecasts rental revenue of EUR 12.3 million, EBITDA of EUR 11.7 million, operating profit of EUR 5.3 million, profit before tax of EUR 4.1 million and net profit of EUR 4.1 million. In 2018 revenue is expected to rise by 16% compared to 2017. This is partly due to the revenue effect (in the second half of 2018) of the expected hand-over of the developments in the southern area in mid-2018; and partly because of revenues relating to developments delivered in 2017 (new SAP wing, Startup
building) will have a full year effect.

For the year 2019, the company forecasts rental revenue of EUR 13.8 million, EBITDA of EUR 12.9 million, operating profit of EUR 5.4 million, profit before tax of EUR 4.3 million and net profit of EUR 4.3 million. In 2019 the company expects that revenues will increase by 12% compared to 2018, as developments in the southern area to be delivered in 2018 will have full year revenue effect in 2019.
