Redesigned Site Improves the Online Experience for Buyers, Owners and Enthusiasts
SEATTLE - November 27, 2011 - Grand Banks Yachts today announced the official launch of its new website, noting that the number of visitors to grandbanks.com has climbed in recent months to its highest point in company history.
The website features an all-new look, with a bigger screen size to accommodate larger photos, videos and multimedia programs. There are also new sections of the site that show, in movies, words and pictures, how Grand Banks yachts are built and what sets them apart from other vessels in today's market.
"Visitors to our new site will enjoy a better all-around online experience," said David Hensel, Director of Brand and Marketing for Grand Banks Yachts. "We've added more information and several new features that will give them a deeper and richer understanding of our boats and our brand. It's also easier to navigate and more fun to explore as we continue to expand and update the website on an ongoing basis."
Other areas of grandbanks.com highlight the history of the company and the strong network of owner groups around the world. Visitors shopping for a new Grand Banks can also connect quickly and easily with the Authorized Dealer in their region, while owners can find Authorized Service Centers, order parts and buy GB-branded merchandise with just the click of a mouse.
The previous Grand Banks web site was awarded "Best Manufacturer Website" by the National Marine Manufacturers Association. Grand Banks also hosts one of the most popular boatbuilder pages on Facebook, has a growing list of followers on Twitter, and recently launched a new channel on YouTube.
