China Academy of Telecommunication Technology signed the share transfer agreement to acquire GoHigh Jining Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Gohigh Data Networks Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:000851) and Gohigh Information Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 138.15 million on April 15, 2022. The transfer price is CNY138,158,100, CNY137,052,835.20 will be paid to Gohigh Data Networks Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:000851), CNY1,105,264.80 to Gohigh Information Technology Co., Ltd. Within 15 working days after this contract takes effect, the buyer shall pay the sellers 50% of the transfer price. Within 15 working days after the completion of the industrial and commercial change of equity, the completion of the handover of the company's operation and other materials and the real estate materials held by the company (referred to as handover materials), the buyer shall pay the seller 50% of the transfer price.
