Alarmbox, Inc. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of ¥100,000,000 on April 20, 2018. The transaction included participation from Venture Labo Investment, Seibu Shinkin Capital Inc., GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (TSE:3769), SMBC Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Nanto CVC Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed by and a fund managed by Venture Labo Investment for ¥30,000,000, and Senshu Ikeda Capital Co., Ltd. The company raised the funding through third party allotment.
GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. is a company engaged in the provision of payment processing services of credit cards and others to the operators of non-face-to-face sale business. The Company provides payment processing services, including payment gateway (PG) multi-payment services, representative accession services, laundering services, credit card payment services for local governments and other multi-payment services, as well as value-added services, including quick collection services, delivery services, support services of the guest attracting and sales improvement for member stores, member authentication and payment platform services.
