Globant S.A. (NYSE:GLOB) signed a subscription agreement to acquire 20% stake in Acamica Tecnologías S.L. for 0.75 million on January 26, 2016. The consideration will be paid in four equal tranches of 0.19 million. Globant S.A. (NYSE:GLOB) completed the acquisition of 20% stake in Acamica Tecnologías S.L. on January 3, 2017.
