Global Infrastructure Investment Company Limited signed a contract to acquire Global Technical Infrastructure Company Limited from Global Electrical Technology Corp. (HNX:GLT) for VND 82.8 billion on August 23, 2021. The transaction was approved by the board of director of Global Electrical Technology Corp. The transaction is expected to close no later than December 31, 2021.
