According to Article 172-1 of the Company Act, shareholder(s) holding 1%
or more of the Company's outstanding shares may submit in writing to the
Company a proposal for the annual shareholders' meeting. The proposal
submission period shall be from 2022/04/01 to 2022/04/11 (before 5:00 PM).
The submission place shall be the Company's Shareholders Service Office
(Add.: 8F, No.398, Xingshan Rd., Neihu Dist., Taipei City). According to
Article 177-1 of the Company Act, shareholder(s) may exercise their voting
rights by the electronic transmission during the period before
shareholders' meeting.
