Georgia Capital PLC (LSE:CGEO) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to $25 million worth of its shares. The maximum price to be paid per share will not exceed the latest reported NAV per share amount.
The purpose of the buyback is to reduce the share capital. The repurchased shares will be cancelled. The program will be valid till December 31, 2024.
