The attorney general is "severely disappointed" in Bank of America's decision not to turn over information on bonuses and has served the bank with a subpoena to obtain the information, said a special assistant to the New York Attorney General.

Bank of America Chief Executive Ken Lewis, who left New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's office after testifying, said "I answered all the questions to the best of my knowledge."

A spokesman for Bank of America said he did not know if Lewis would be called on again to provide additional information.
