GCS Holdings, Inc. announced the name and resume of the replaced member Huang, Jian-Jang/Professor of National Taiwan University with name and resume of the new member: Jason Cheng/Deputy chairman and Deputy Group CEO of Pegatron Corporation. Reason of the change is Huang, Jian-Jang resigned as the Compensation Committee member. New member is appointed by resolution of the board of directors, effective Aug. 9, 2019.

The Company through its subsidiaries, develops, manufactures, markets, sells integrated circuits chips.
